Cancellation Policy
- Please notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees for the amount of service. (This especially applies to massage appointments.)
- We will hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes only!
- A credit/debit card is required to reserve all initial acupuncture and massage appointments.
- First time patients must pay for services prior to appointment.

More and more major insurance carriers recognize that acupuncture is a powerful, medical treatment to help their members to heal from pain and various illnesses. It’s non-invasive, has no side effects, and is very cost-efficient. Please check with your employer and insurance company to check that your policy includes acupuncture coverage.
